Withdrawal Information and Model Withdrawal Form

In brief

You can withdraw within 14 days of each new subscription, without giving a reason. The period starts at the beginning of the free trial or, without a trial, on activation. If you expressly requested that the Service start immediately, you pay the share corresponding to the Service provided until your withdrawal; the remainder is refunded. Capitalised terms have the meaning given in the Terms of Sale and Use.

1.1 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

The Contract is concluded at the start of the free trial or, without a trial, on activation of the Service. A new subscription after cancellation opens a new period; the change from trial to payment and monthly renewals do not.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (NOBATECH SAS, 95 rue des Joncs, 57455 Seingbouse, France, telephone: +33 6 11 38 16 21, e-mail: support@nobamouse.eu) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. You may:

  • use the withdrawal function in your Account (“Withdraw from contract here”): nobamouse.eu/account/withdraw
  • use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory; or
  • send us any other unequivocal statement by e-mail or by post.

If you use the withdrawal function or e-mail, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay, stating the content of your statement and the date and time it was sent.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

1.2 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We make no deduction for use of the Service. During the free trial, no payment has been taken, so there is nothing to refund. The Contract, access to the Service and the licence end when we receive your withdrawal, with no further payment.
