These Terms of Service apply when you browse the NOBATECH and Nobamouse websites. They cover general website use only.
These Website Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites operated by NOBATECH SAS (“NOBATECH”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including nobamouse.eu and nobatech.eu (collectively, the “Website”).

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metz, France.
Consumers residing in the European Union may bring proceedings in the courts of their Member State of domicile in accordance with Article 18 of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012. Nothing in these Terms affects the statutory rights of consumers under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.
