NOBATECH sells the Nobamouse software to consumers by subscription, billed monthly (EUR 29.99 per month, VAT included) or annually (EUR 299.90 per year, VAT included (equivalent to ten monthly instalments)) under the Terms of Sale and Use, the End User Licence Agreement (EULA) and, during the Open Beta, the Open Beta Addendum. Payments are processed by Mollie B.V. NOBATECH is the seller and issues the invoices. Businesses contract under the Business Terms of Sale (EUR 29.99 excl. VAT per Seat per month) and the Data Processing Agreement (Article 28 GDPR).

Nobamouse is general-purpose computer-access software. It is not a medical device within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/745, has no medical purpose and is not intended for the diagnosis, prevention, monitoring, treatment or alleviation of any disease or disability.

The Site’s content (text, images, graphics, logos, software) belongs to NOBATECH SAS or its licensors. Any reproduction or reuse beyond strictly private use (Articles L122-4 and L122-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code) requires our written permission. “Nobamouse”, “Nobahub” and “NOBATECH” are trademarks or trade names of NOBATECH SAS.

You may complain to the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) (cnil.fr) or the authority of your country of residence. Under the provisions of the French Consumer Code on the mediation of consumer disputes, after contacting us and if you have not received a satisfactory response, you may refer your dispute free of charge to the following consumer mediator:

You must refer the dispute within one year of your written complaint. Mediation is optional; you keep the right to go to court. (The European online dispute resolution platform was closed on 20 July 2025.)

The Site and this imprint are governed by French law. Contracts with consumers are governed by the Terms of Sale and Use, subject to the mandatory provisions of your country of residence (Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008) and the consumer-protective jurisdiction rules (Article 18 of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012). Information on the Site is provided for guidance; our contractual commitments arise solely from the contractual documents. We do not control third-party sites we link to.
