Payment Provider
Payments are processed by Mollie B.V. (the Netherlands); payment methods: credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal; card and payment account data is entered directly with Mollie B.V. and is not stored by NOBATECH. Mollie B.V.‘s role: see the Privacy Policy.
Free-Trial Check
To grant the free trial only once per person, we store an encrypted, non-reversible identifier of your payment method and e-mail address for 3 years (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A zero-amount verification by Mollie B.V. sets up your payment method; nothing is charged
Minors
Only an adult can subscribe; where they subscribe for a minor, the account and payment data are theirs (see the Privacy Policy, Section “Minors”)
Retention
Subscription data: duration of the contract + up to 5 years. Invoices and accounting records: 10 years (Art. L123-22 French Commercial Code)
This notice applies to applications submitted to the former closed beta programme. The application form is taken offline on the Launch Date of the Open Beta (19 October 2026); since then, no new applications are collected.

Legal Basis
Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Switching this setting on constitutes your consent.
Withdrawal
Toggle off at any time in Settings. Prior processing remains lawful (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
Minors
For a user under 15, enabling requires the consent of the holder of parental authority (Art. 45 French Data Protection Act; for users resident in Germany, the Art. 8 GDPR threshold is 16).
