In brief

You may browse the Site to find out about NOBATECH and Nobamouse, create an account and take out a subscription. You must not: break the law; attempt unauthorised access to the Site or its servers; crawl it with automated tools (bots, scrapers) without our written consent; disrupt its operation; transmit malicious code.

The Site’s content (text, graphics, logos, images, software) belongs to NOBATECH or its licensors. You may view and download it for personal use; any other reproduction, distribution or modification requires our written consent.

The Site stores in your browser only what is strictly necessary for it to work (Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC; Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act), so no consent is required:

  • local storage: a flag that the cookie information banner has been shown, display theme (light/dark), session metadata of the authentication framework; kept until cleared;
  • first-party cookies: anti-CSRF token and login callback URL (session, Secure, HttpOnly), language cookie (session).

No analytics or advertising cookies, no social plug-ins, pixels or browser fingerprinting; nothing is shared with third parties. How we process your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

The Site’s content is provided for information; we try to keep it accurate and up to date, without guaranteeing completeness. Nothing on the Site is medical advice. Nobamouse is general-purpose computer-access software. It is not a medical device within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/745, has no medical purpose and is not intended for the diagnosis, prevention, monitoring, treatment or alleviation of any disease or disability.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage linked to use of the Site. Nothing excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any liability that mandatory law (including, for Germany, § 309 Nos. 7 and 8 BGB) does not allow to be excluded. This section does not limit your consumer rights under the Terms of Sale and Use. Third-party sites we link to are not under our control.

We may update these Terms for legal, technical or operational reasons; the current version is published on this page with its date.

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the competent courts within the jurisdiction of Metz, France if you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your Member State of domicile (Article 18 of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012) and use, free of charge, the consumer mediator named in the Terms of Sale and Use. Your mandatory consumer rights remain intact.
